We provide support depending on different situation, all support are free of charge except for Onsite Support. For example, simple and quick questions can be addressed Email & Phone communication. Basic software / hardware related problems can be addressed over the phone.. If there is a more sophisticated problem which requires our technical personal to dealt onsite, a fee will be charged depending on the area / range.
